City to to Surf Fun Run

Stadium hosts the NRL Grand Final. Melbourne Storm were the 2007 champions.
Bondi to Bronte Ocean Swim

This is a 2.2km (1.4 mile) ocean swim which has been going since 2001. It's an annual event organised by
the Bronte & Bondi Surf Life Saving Clubs.
Rolex Sydney Hobart Yacht Race

Location: Sydney Harbour
This great annual yacht race has been held on Boxing Day since 1945.
As the map on the event page shows, the race runs from Sydney Harbour down the Australian east coast,
across the Bass Strait to the finish line off Hobart's historic Battery Point. It is regarded as
one of the most gruelling long ocean races in the world

The skies will come alive with hundreds of kites of all shapes and sizes from local and international
kite-makers and flyers alike at Sydney's most colourful festival! There will also be a day-long dynamic multicultural
entertainment program, free music and dance workshops, children's entertainment, including rides, face painting,
animal farm, wandering minstrels, jugglers, stilt walkers, puppeteers, clowns and craft workshops.
There will be an aerial art exhibition held in the Bondi Pavilion Gallery, multicultural food stalls
with food and drink from around the world and kite stalls and kite making workshops.
So come down make a kite or buy a kite, but definitely come down and fly a kite!
